Information we collect

We collect the account identity supplied through ChatGPT sign in, including your user ID, email address, and display name. We also store the workspaces, tasks, notes, reminders, links, events, team membership, chat messages, files, billing status, and settings you choose to save.

How information is used

We use this information to operate GetTaskFlow, synchronize your workspaces, deliver invitations and notifications, provide support, protect accounts, and manage subscriptions.

Payments and service providers

PayPal processes subscriptions and payment credentials. GetTaskFlow does not receive or store your card number or PayPal password. Cloudflare provides application, database, and file infrastructure. Resend provides transactional email delivery. ChatGPT sign in provides account authentication.

Passwords and files

Private password vault records are encrypted before storage. Shared password records are encrypted with the sharing passphrase. Files are stored privately and require workspace or conversation access. No online system can promise absolute security, so customers should still use unique passwords and enable available account security controls.

Sharing and retention

Workspace content is visible only according to membership and permissions selected by the workspace owner. We retain account data while the account is active and as needed for security, dispute handling, legal obligations, and service operation.

Your choices

You may export a copy of your data, create or restore a backup, and request account deletion from Account data and security. Deleting GetTaskFlow data does not delete the separate ChatGPT or PayPal account used to sign in or pay.
